Usha hai to Asha nahi hai

I bought Usha Crisp Air premia exhaust fans for my bathrooms. One of the fans broke down within months of installing. Since it was under warranty period still I called the toll free number USHA CARE 1800 1033 111. The first complaint was raised mid September.


A technician came about 3 weeks after several calls to the customer care. A fault was identified and the technician promised to come back after 2 days with a new part. There was no sign of him. When I contacted Usha care again after a week I was told that the complaint was closed. So a month had passed and nothing had happened. So I immediately asked to reopen the complaint. Instead a new complaint was raised. It is 2 weeks since the new complaint was raised and still no sign of any technician. Repeated calls to Usha care are only met with empty promises of repair within the next 24 hours but nothing happens.


It is clear Usha doesn’t have any service network or even for that matter a desire to serve their customers.


Highly Avoidable.
