Hello friends I am using usha food processor from over a year it is quite useful in day to day work but very complex to operate first of all there are numerous attachments and after that quality of grinding is not that much effective I have used it mainly for grinding and in winters to extract carrot juice but for both these work it is less effective as if we are grinding masala etc it does not crush it so well to make it a powder and for carrot juice it waste a big part of carrot and I got a little juice from it
Customer service of usha is good they assist me well when I had problem in attachement assembling.
Product quality I will say is average it is not a great product from usha since usha is known for.its quality and trust
There are n number of attachments which to assemble is a tedious task like in order to grind we need to put juice attachment also which I did not know initially
In my opinion the functions and especially assembling should be easy enough and there is huge scope in product improvement
