I purchased This Usha wonder stitch 3 months ago.I was a bit happy about the product as it is working great and it is handy. But just a week ago it was giving trouble as the needle is to be oiled.I called the customer care service as there was a 1 year warranty. But there is no response from them as I mailed them too.
I waited for 1 week so that I could get reply but I didn’t get any reply.I made it repaired by my self for Rs.350 extra . I believe that This company is best in selling but not servicing. Bad servicing.
