- Non-Mallu will get 1-2% hike. Mallu gets 10-15% Hike
2.Unlimited Bench for Mallu. Non-Mallu will be fired if more than 30 days in Bench what ever be the location/technology
3.VISA, Onsite & Promotion are purely reserved ONLY for Mallu
4.If you are in project & a non-mallu in Bench then, they will release the Non-Mallu to Bench & take Mallu into Project. Non-Mallu will be fired post 30 days in Bench
