The utkal university is placed in bhubaneswar and it’s provided best education.of all students.all departments.and in this university separate department in every course. 65% colleges is under utkal university. and every college is provided best education. know I am telling about this hostel facilitie in this college. that is very nice but one thing some student are make this facility in negative way example there room are rant for anythere students. and it’s the real fact about this college.
