Utsavfashion is the worst online shopping site.this is a fraud online shopping site.and the product quality of this online shopping site is very bad.and also the shipping facilities is not good.and the customer care services is not good.
I ordered a Saree for my mom’s birthday.i ordered this saree on 23rd September, because my mom’s birthday date was 26th September, and the delivery date of the saree was 25th September.but I received my mom’s saree on 27th September.when I give this saree to my mom and my mom opened the packing of the saree and my mom said that it is a defective piece.then I call the customer care service number 3-4 times, but they put my all calls on hold.then I written 2-3 emails of the site of utsavfashion but no one response of my emails.
they cheat me.so I suggest to everyone please don’t trust or deal with Utsavfashion.
