I purchased gold gym membership for Coimbatore but turns out that there is no branch of theirs there. FRAUD.
Later, I asked them for the refund for which after couple of months(5 to be precise) agreed to it but this was just a fake promise and everytime I ask them for it, they say that manager/zonal/concerned person is on leave.
Had called them more than 50 times and had sent them more than 40 emails around this but all in vain.
Very bad and fraud, don’t choose membership for it. Your money will get stuck for over and they wouldn’t care!
