User friendly
This geyser doesn’t have proper controls to regulate the temperature. The water heats up to 42 degree Celsius & you have no control over it. Heating up takes a lot of time, like 20 minutes during winter.
Durability
The geyser comes with a warranty period of one year & as soon as the warranty period is over faults like leakage, taking much more time to heat, etc started taking place.
Style & design
I think it has an ordinary appearance. As a geyser its main job is to heat the water so looks doesn’t matter at all.
Service & support
This is the worst part of the product. The company doesn’t have a good network of service centres. No one picks up the phone when called and you have to call a local mechanic to look after the defects.
