I was waiting for this movie to be released!
There were 3 reasons for that.
Name of the film.
Shiva-factor.
Directors of Oram-Po.
I got some reviews before watching this movie! It was negative. But. people who gave me the review aren’t those who prefer different or alternate movies. I mean those movies, which break the rules made in usual good/commercial ones.
I always feel that directors like simbudevan.Bala.ameer.myshkin.venkat-prabu.sasikumar.are to be encouraged.(Though some of their work could be inspired from some foreign movies)
So.this movie.
some one told me that "Va" - a tamil letter which also signifies 1/4 -’a quarter`.I suppose it could be a camouflage to get tax exemption from the tamil-nadu government.but I feel that the title is rather interesting than the usual quarter cutting! - which again means(in alcoholic terms) 90ml of any "HOT"-drink.(Alcoholics! correct me if I am wrong).
I felt that the locations, lights and camera angles were completely different and good! cheers.never seen that in a tamil film before.
Dialogue was OK!
Story was different.so I would have to applaud that as-well.
I liked one song .I mean song and the visuals were so perfect!.even-though have seen similar stuff in some English songs before

The story is about a guy who wants to have a quarter(late night) before flying to middle east.(where drinking is banned).he finds himself in a lot of trouble.
I couldn’t figure out lekha washington’s role in this movie - It is not the actor’s fault. "boo" the script writer
the film gets nasty as it is struck in between fantasy and reality.so another boo.

people who appreciate difference and Xperiments. Watch it once!
