The latest trend is decorating our house with various articles which are seen to be very different and very attractive, but this trend has taken now a new turn towards the belief, which is known as Feng shui or Vaastu. This is a subject of direction and various energy levels. This is the latest hot topic in the market and people related to this business are making millions.
The household ladies are more inclining towards this as they want their family life to be stable and enriched with the happiness and prosperity. The housewives are keenly interested in this subject as they want their houses to be decorated with the beautiful stuffs.

This science gives the shape of the rooms, number and location of windows and doors. I have also done some research work on this so I can put my comments here as well. The mirrors in the bedrooms cause a lot of bad health and stress in the family life. The number of doors should be more than the number of total rooms. The kitchen should be East facing and should not be placed in the West, as its the Water side, so the Water tank or water storage should be kept in this direction.
The Staircase should not be in a rounded shape, the windows should not be open after dark, the east facing homes are best as per vaastu but there are other aspects which can put their effects on the totality of the results to be achieved from the implementation of Vaastu.
