Hi friends I am a still living on Patna and going every time on Bajaj shop in every way because I am using Pulsar 135 Bajaj bikes so I am always visiting many type of service centre and bike shop.
When I am visiting the Vaishali Bajaj Lohia path then I will realise that there customer service is very bad they cant be taken any type of a step for customer for there comfortability and availability they always Sone the busiest service centre of the bike shop but it is not true no one can win satisfied from there I will talk from many type of customer but they not be satisfied from there they always said that many type of problem like a time duration in service part or many type of problem with this shop so I experience is also very bad on this shop.
Main problem of this service centre or shop is that no one any plan for the financial they cant take any type of step for the financial plan to purchasing the bikes they always take a full payment of the bike when you go to purchase did not give any type of a scheme to purchase the bike on installment and if you are taking any type of the screen from there then it is a very costly for you because the installment is very high and their interest is also very highly which is not possible for every type of customer so first I suggest the shop management to arrange the financial support is better for other shop
Their service support is also not good they cant be impress any type of customer to purchase the bike so I will also suggest that please improve the customer support with the flexible and flexible environment.
They know any type of a staff Cottage is available so that you will have a problem or waiting or taking time so please arrange the staff Cottage for stability of customers.
