I am from Bangalore and have had a very horrifying experience with this agency. Apart from the mental harassment they put me through, they have even duped me of my money refusing to refund it on grounds that are completely false. The grievance officer, Shruti Rustagi, is an extremely ill mannered person who is not just unresponsive but also abusive. She threatens customers to back out in case of issues. In the name of a grievance officer she shouts at customers to intimidate them and force them to back out. I suppose that is their business strategy behind employing such an unprofessional person in a customer interacting role. She was more interested in protecting her colleague who had evidently made mistakes in handling the case and could not fight it herself. So she brought in Miss Shruti to shout on her behalf and insult and harass the customer instead. I lost precious time, energy and also money by dealing with a fraud company like them.
