To make everyone aware of this scam, I am sharing my incident with one of the online platforms Called Vakilsearch. On 06th January 2021, I got to know about this platform which helps for new registration of Pvt Ltd Company, Initially seeing their platform and making a go through with their registration fees I was amazed for their offer, as one of their executives Miss Vetri Selvi explained to me why choosing vakil search for new registration is a good and best option, As this platform has best rates and for registration run approval they just needed to pay Rs. 999.
The way Miss Vetri described this was satisfying and I paid the run approval fees for Name, But the real story starts after this payment. They started demanding their statutory fees which were told earlier it would be called for once the name gets approved, Also they started demanding documentation for name approval which is very fishy, They even don’t consider PAYTM PAYMENTS BANK statement as documentary proofs.
and don’t even know for what they took that Rs. 899 for, I was misled by them and they scam with this run approval schemes, they don’t even specify clearly what is this prior payment for. I am still trying to contact them but on 16th January 2021, Miss Vetri Selvi told me very rudely to do whatever you want.
