Worst PMs, PLs and TLs, these people will don’t have capable to work and manage people also, they will relieve from project to Bench, and HR people will through out from the company.
They need only freshers and not experienced people, bcz if you crossed more than 5 lakhs package, you will definitely fire some other day in future. If you have below 5 years of experience, in this case it is ok. mopre than 5 years of experience and join in this worst compny, you don’t have career growth and you will fired by HR people some other day, it is 100% guarantee to fire from the company. HRs don’t have manage people to adjust in projects, they will conduct fake interviews, they will told to tech panel that "don’t select this person". They don’t know which projects are running and openings in projects. I wasted 4 years my time in this company.
Company will recruit more people and put in bench, after 3 months they will fire employees whose are in bench. This is a freshers company not for experienced people.you cannot survive in this company for long time, bcz company having small projects, like 1 month, 2monhts, 3 months maximum 6 months projects. if 1 projets is completed within one month, PM will release you from the project and put it in bench. again you need to attend interview, even though if you attend the interview also, they won’t select you. bcz that is a fake interview, HR will increase your interview count, iy you crosss 2 interviews, your time will come to fire. you don’t know when you will be fired, without notice.My suggession is don’t join,
