My name is Abhinesh Tandon, my Bike Bajaj Avenger 220 CG04HT0761 had an accident on 16/10/2022, which I gave to Vandana Bajaj on 17/10/2022 to claim insurance. The claim Number is 3361071280 , After this Vandana Bajaj showroom people made me pay advance by saying I have to order spare parts of the bike, and after making the payment they stopped paying attention to the bike and in between I took stock and told me spare parts of the bike are not available. The tax was rotated continuously for 3 months. Then after putting pressure on me, the service manager Mr. Sumit Chavda assured that he will make the bike very soon. And then they made the bike ready by installing duplicate parts from the market, which did not match the original parts at all and also got the paint of the tank removed which did not match the original color of the grandmother at all, whereas the original part was paid from me. And color was done. When I complained to the service manager, he parked the bike and stopped the work and kept on misleading me continuously for 3 months by saying that the bike has gone to be built, while the bike is lying in the showroom saying dust. Even after my repeated requests, no improvement of any kind could be seen in the bike. I felt very bad on such careless act by Vandana Bajaj. Today it has been almost 6 months since I left the bike, in this 6 months I had to face a lot of difficulties due to not having a vehicle and it directly affected my job as well, due to which I had to face a lot of difficulties mentally and financially. There was a lot of loss. Therefore, I request Vandana Bajaj to kindly re-examine my bike as soon as possible and repair it completely.
