Varanasi, the holy land..

Varanasi, the holy land and one of world’s most ancient living urban areas, is properly called the religious capital of India. Otherwise called Banaras or Benaras, this sacred city is situated in the southeastern part of the condition of Uttar Pradesh in northern India. It lays on the left bank of the heavenly stream Ganga, and is one of the seven holy spots for Hindus. Each dedicated Hindu would like to visit the city at any rate ideal, take a blessed plunge at the well known Ghats of the Ganga, walk the devout Panchakosi street that limits the city, and, if God wills, bite the dust here in seniority.

Together Hindus and non-Hindus from around the world visit Varanasi for various reasons. Despite the fact that Varanasi is prominently called the city of Shiva and Ganga, it is without a moment’s delay the city of place of worship, the city of’ghats’, the city of temple, the city of music, and the middle for moksha or nirvana.

For each guest, Varanasi has an alternate ordeal to offer. The gentle waters of the Ganges, the water craft ride at dawn, the high banks of the antiquated "Ghats", the variety of holy places, the winding restricted serpentine back roads of the city, the myriad temple spires, the royal residences at water’s edge, the hermitages, the structures, the droning of mantras, the aroma of incense, the palm and stick parasols, the reverential songs - all offer a sort of beguiling knowledge that is one of a kind to the city of Shiva.

I highly recommend this place Varanasi.
