I totaly agree with you. We too made a TERRIBLE mistake of booking this hotel. Everything was worse than the other. Stinking room, roach infected clogged bathrooms, The a/c was a mere show piece(a very ugly looking one).
The swimming pool was dirty with moss floating around. The showers besides the pool were being used by the lower staff for bathing purpose. It was extremely embarrassing for the women in our group.
This hotel is an eye sore in the trendy South Goa location. I sincerely warn people to avoid this place.
We were booked in this hotel for 7 days but decide to move out on the second day to a better hotel for a 1000 more per day.
The staff are rally good at making excuses and resort to being rude when things don’t work out.
Along with us 2 other groups left the hotel due to poor quality of service.
To sum it up. if you want to spend a fortune on poor quality stuff then this is the hotel you go to.
