Honestly speaking the eye specialists and nurses are good in doing the proper tests and will give you proper assistance regarding the treatment to be taken.
Hospital has got good infrastructure and medical instruments. We were happy with the doctors.
But the staff at the reception are just irresponsible. I was really fed up with the way they treated us. They will get your appointment soon only if they know you.
Otherwise you will have wait for long. I suffered this. In front of me they sent 4 patients before me who actually came late and asked me to wait. When I shouted for this then they said sorry and gave us appointment.
