I am writing about vasan eye care Koramangala Bangalore.Had seen a lot of ads and decided to go for reddening of my eye.The location in Koramangala was good for me. I went in and there was a lady waiting asking me what I needed. I told I need to consult an ophthalmologist.
They seem to have an all in one facility like Narayana Netralaya, an inside store for spectacles medicines diagnostics etc. I registered for Rs. 100/- thats it my perils started fr om there...Most pathetic. Kept me waiting for tests for hours.
I kept checking the lady in the reception who said I would be called soon....45 minutes still nothing! I could’nt see people rushing in so don’t know what was eating up all the time. One customer care idiot came and enquired and was never seen again I finally walked out of the hospital without seeing doctor.
I get a call 45 minutes after I left asking "Did u have lunch ? "No apologies, & it pissed me off like anything! They have a "dog-biscuit" which says Rs. 100/- consultation but I think its worth spending Rs. 350/- in St Johns, at least the treatment is good!
An ultimate waste of time! I do not know what kind of doctors they have but the welcoming team itself screwed my day so did’nt care wasting more time
