I’m a regular visitor to Vasan eye care which is in Vijayawada. Not only me, my family also. My grandparents had gone through surgeries here. It is a bit expensive but still fine. We are dealing with eyes so we have to be very careful. Even if it is expensive it is my regular visit. I have a very good impression on Vasan. Having the same in mind I visited Vasan Bangalore. Here it is entirely different. The moment I entered they asked me to register. I said I’m an old visitor. they said you might be an old visitor in some other branch, not here. So you have register as a new visitor. I asked them Vasan is the network which has multiple branches. can’t you access my details in your database? No sir they will have there own database and we have separate. Finally registered as a new visitor with 400/. after consulting doctor, she said I have put on some drops and wait in the hospital for 3 hours. then they will carry on with the test. And after using those drops vision will be blurred for 5-6 hours. I said I’m not ready for this, I have to go to the office so ill come back later. Went there on Saturday. they again charged 200/ as I’m a new visitor. Horribleeeeeeee.
