Visited a few apartment locations and so far I personally liked Vasathi Anandi near ORR in Hyderabad. The proximity to the city and the airport make things easier. I dont think i’ll have to plan atleast 4 hrs beforehand about my commute especially from inside the city. The space in the flats is ample and there is no water problem. I think I will go for this instead of some options I have.
If the public transport facility improves, or the metro becomes functional throughout the city(may take 5-8 years, who knows), then most people would love to live in outskirts, given the calm and peaceful it offers at much cheaper prices. Buyers should lap it up in no time if the location and the floor plans are good and the approvals are in place like in this case.
