VB bakery is one of the oldest bakery known in south Bangalore, best of its taste best of its varieties are known to everyone down here.
As any other bakery, VB bakery also has all the snack items.i’m a big fan of Potato bun(called’palya bun’), made by stuffing potato spiced with south Indian spices.mouth watering even while writing this review.
The honey cake one of its classic products must be mentioned.its soft texture measured sweetness and juicy nature of it’s just amazing.
They have quality in their Bread, Rusks and Biscuits they bake.Healthy and stomach friendly.
I have heard the bakery sells ready Idli-Dosa batter ready to Use mixing with salt as per we need and adjusting its consistency.i would say this is really helpful to all working class like us.be it both husband and wife working or Bachelors and Spinsters would be benefited.
Its really tasty to make breakfast using their batter, came true when my Dad got it home once.
