They are very bad in treating their employees. I used to work with Vcentric, in their client’s place.
I had lot of problems... Every month salary was not on time.
Final settlement is also done after 6 months of time. After asking so may times. Atlast I fought and told put a case against them. Then I got the salary.
I don’t know what the HR Swathi Prasad and others do in the office. They don’t work. They come to the office to enjoy but gives build up like having lot of work. But none of the issues are getting closed.. then what are they working on?
Whenever you call them, they will say they have gone for lunch ... and they are not in the office. and they will ask us to come after some time or next day....The employees working in Vcentric enjoying their lifes taking 3, 4 hrs break daily with out working.
Don’t join the company, they will get benefit from you if you join as a contractor but they give build up of giving salary freely to you..
They are worst than worst...Really faced too much of problem when I was working..Every month mental tension till getting the salary..
At last.. I came out from the company.
So, friends please don’t join Vcentric.
