Review : It begins with a stupid song ...I don’t even remember which one You see Sharukh jumping around some lush green meadows... and basically its doing a job for indian tourism trying to show the scenic beauty... but really I think it didnt go well. And there we see Preity running to sharukh typical bollywood stuff and she gets shot ..And there our hero gets up pf his sleep , miles away in a pakistani jail with his superb stubble and his new grey look. Seems as if his spikes are falling down.
Its time for Rani to make her entry .......I forgot sharukh has not spoken for some 22 yrs and as expected rani makes him speaks and listens to his story ...... time for flash back.
Preity is shown in a retro house with an antique phone, but preity is revealing her cleavage thats vey contradictory. She goes to india to immerse some stuff in india . Her bus falls of the cliff sharukh is a squadron leader in IAF and he saves him.
The love story starts. Now its time for documentary on Punjab, and a few songs. Amitabh and Hema are ok. But amitabh doesn’t go well. Cool hema is shown as a southindian lady in punjab.Its time for Preity to go back.
Evryone knows they are in love but bang u see Manoj bajopayee at the station. God knows what he was doing there. He takes preity away. Kind of a ddlj thing..Rani seems to be infatuated with the oldie gets home makes food for sharukh. Shahrukh goes to pakistan .. leaves his job.. there its usual bakwas emotional drama. He sacrifices his love for preity’s father and their reputation.
While he’s going its time for the man manoj bajpayee to take revenge. Sharukh is arrested for trying to spy and he signs the paper to avoid preity embarassment... Rani begins the case. She is on the losing side. Goes to India finds preity there all cryin stuff. Sharukh who is found making planes from paper suddenly is totally stumbed camera goes roun and round.
A bit of special effects. And excellent background score by late madan mohaji. But this goes on for 5 minutes or so. Due to her commitment and the story Rani wins the case. Sharukh reads a poem.......thats an attempt for india pakistan peace . ok Well done. That’s it, its been 3 hrs.
