Veer Zaara ... The music album of late Shri Madan Mohanji ... is another Yash Chopras love story. From Silsila to Mohabateein... from Dil Wale Dulhaniyan Le Jayenge to Veer Zaara.... has been a long journey. From Hits to Super Hits and now another suspence prolonges his impression on the bollywood industry. Compared to the hype created about the album the songs are not as pleasing as expected. May be they do well when the movie is released as one would be able to relate them quiet well.
Among all the nine I liked only one... Tere Liye Tere Liye... is an absolute come back of Lataji. After a long gap you can hear the same magical voice you would have heard in her songs with Mohammed Rafiji. The music of the song and her voice would guide you to paths of another world.. wherein you relish every moment spend with the song.
The rest of the albums am sorry to say... inspite of the ever so beautiful and lively voice of Sonu Nigam fail to drag much of your attention. Though a complete effort has been made by the great singers and mugicians of our industry the album is not very successful. The songs cannot be heard much around.
I guess as the songs seem to be related to situations I expect it to be sucessful after 12th Nov. I wonder.. but if I had to guess about the movie from the songs a one look may be decent. While I was very eager for it... The album has disappointed me.
