Watched Veerapan today, went with huge expectations as the trailer looked so promising, I hoped that RGV would return to his form with this but sadly I have to say he has lost his magic touch, never in the movie u feel hooked to it as it should be in a crime thriller, with such a huge plot and character at his hands RGV misfires and underperformes to a huge extent, its really disappointing that with such a complex and larger then life villian at offer director miserably fails to churn out an entertaining film, you will never get interested in the story as it has been shown with such poor direction, acting too is miserably poor apart from lead actor playing veerapan his wife and police inspector. Others are really poor in their acting.
