Whoever reading this review, my only recommendation is: “Stay miles away from this fraudster company”!
This company is a thief house in the disguise of a professional organization! I used their services in Mar 2019 to transport my vehicle(Maruti Swift) from Gurgaon to Bangalore. There was some extra luggage that I wanted to transport with the car but was skeptical about the safety of the same. That’s when the owner, Mr. Sushil(central hub of this whole scam), confirmed personally to me on the safety of their services, how I could completely trust them, keep my luggage inside the car and stay assured of its safety.
However, when I received my vehicle in Bangalore, I found that all my bags had been opened and ransacked and all important articles were stolen. Not just that, almost the entire fuel was stolen from the fuel tank of the car. When I called the owner Mr. Sushil to inquire, he straight away refused any accountability and hung up the call. When I called again, he started shouting and threatening me with consequences if I call him again on this matter! I was shocked by his audacity and disrespectful behavior while talking to a woman! When I asked him to talk respectfully, his response was - "That’s the way I talk as I am from Haryana, do whatever you can". Mind you, he is the same guy who was overtly polite when he was taking the order and wanted the business from us. He managed to “extort” the money from me without paying a single penny for the stolen items and without owning up any responsibility. Moreover, I was subjected to verbal and mental harassment.
After my fiasco, I did some research on this company and found out that they have done similar things numerous times in the past with other customers and when confronted, Mr. Sushil had resorted to the same behavior as he did with me, abusing and fighting. People(including myself) have tried posting reviews on Google, but he has marked them inappropriate so as to keep his ratings up.
Guys, my valuables are stolen and I have faced the trauma of dealing with this thief cum goon cum owner of the company but I don’t want anyone else to go through this again, hence my only recommendation to you is that - Stay away from this professional scamster organization!
