I recently used a car transport service to get my car from Gurgaon to Ranchi using vehicleshift.com.

I called up Sushil in Gurgaon. Ph num - 7676768211. He promised me a lot of things - refund for damage, will pick up calls, timely delivery of car etc etc. The car reached Ranchi in the duration that was told to me. No problem there. The driver did not drop the car to my house as was promised before. I had to go and pick up my new car. But when I received the car, there were 8to10 dents in the bonnet of car. Both symmetrical, so I guess something must have dropped on the car! There were huge scratches and dent in the back door of the car. When I received the car then driver just told he had not done it and he took the car from Gurgoan By Road and it was there. Then I called up Sushil and guess what, he did not pick up my call. I called him from another number still did not pick up the call. I waited for 4 hr and called again still no answer.
I took my car as there was no other option, the person handing over my car was a driver and would not refund anything. I had already paid the whole amount in Gurgaon, which was a mistake on my end. Next day I called Sushil from another number. He picked up and told he does not know of the damage and has nothing to do with it. I obviously shouted at him and was really pissed off. There was nothing else I could do! I felt helpless. But at least I am posting my story so that no one else is cheated with these fools and at least I will have a peace of mind that I could cause harm to their business.
Please please do not use this service. Take any other service, even if you have to spend a little more money. This was 4th transfer of car but car is very damage conditon . This one offered a lesser price so went with it.
They have hired 1 low cost ENGLISH SPEAKING girls who makes you think that you are dealing with a professional company. Once stuff gets loaded, these girls disappear & never talk to you.
