I heard about this university a lot. Some friends of fine studied from this university from mAnasultangement quota(By aishwaryasingh23ing 3 lakhs extra). I had visited this college once. This college is located in Chennai. As you know, there are lot of engineering colleges in Chennai and Chennai is also a huge IT industry. Vel Tech college campus is quite large with all the facilities. Annual fees is also very high. But college placements are not so good. There are fake placements also. Yes friends, fake companies came to this college . Many students who paid for all the years are jobless. College will arrange academic activities, pre-placement training everything but not good placement. Around 20 percent will get into good ITs . Rest will be @ 8000 - 10000 p.a.
