Plot -
The story starts with a young man Arivu(Sivakarthikeyan) who lives in a slum but his dream is not only he gets to move towards prosperity in his life but he wants his society to also gets to develop with him. As the story proceeds Arivu is fighting with Kasi(Prakash Raj) who is the gangster in the slum so that he can start a FM Radio Station for the Area through which he wants to push his people forward in life and make them understand that how Kasi is taking advantage of their fear and situations.
But Arivu’s fortune leads him to stop broadcasting and join a food manufacturing company as a marketing executive, where he wants to be like Aadhi(Fahad Faasil) who is very determined in his life to achieve his goals. As the story proceeds Arivu realizes that what he is doing in his job is not different from what Kasi is doing with the people of the society where he belongs. So he decides to bring change which is fun to watch.
Performance and Cast -
Sivakarthikeyan as Arivu has done a surprisingly well job as of his trait is comical presense but Mohan Raja bring out the most out of him in delivering the social message. Prakash Raj as Kasi was great as always. Director Writer Mohan Raja has done nice job with the script as well as in direction, he has very keenly described the problems in the societies and how the new generation can lead the backward areas in a new and developed era.
Music and Cinematography -
Music by Anirudh Ravuichandar was good and pleasent to hear. Cinematography by Ramji and editing by Ruben Vivek Harshan seem to be a good job.
Bottomline is that I liked the movie and definitely recommend you go for a cinemahall watch as the movie contains a lot of social aspect of today’s.
