I have been using this water heater for at least 4 yr and is fitter to our bathroom.
This water heater is really efficient not only water heating but also in power saving with 3 star rating which really good for a rapid heating water heater. we are 5 people in house and we all need hot water in the morning every day during winters.
we need a heater that can heat up water while other takes a bath so that everyone have water on the time of going to work or college. and this is efficiency of this heater comes along. It heats so much water in just around 25-30 mins which is really good as if it takes more time than it will not have hot water on time during winters for all. but it is a very good appliance.
