When compared to other Indian IT companies, VDSI is bit OK. I was there some 3 yrs back, not sure how it is now. The Managers never come from good back ground, they would have completed diploma , or acquired graduation from open university, they have poor communication skills.
People who spend money for the team or nod head for the boss, really have career growth, others who are sincere/committed will never get career growth.Another important factor for TGP/hike is not based on their performance, they consider their personal things like the employee personal financial needs, their family background etc... its a universal fact that appraisals are paurely based on performance, in a nut sheel in VDSI it is purely based on personal Stuffs. If you dont want career growth, just liek that enjoy and simply sit @ work for day & night, you can join there.
