Best company with worst managment. Company has two offices in Chennai and Hyderabad. Most of the managers are local people and are their in the company for more than 10+ years. Somehow they have full control on every thing and they make their own group in the company.
Company sufferred a lot because of the irregularities of the managers, in the year 2011-2012 they did massive layoffs, and fired more than 1000 employees from organization.
The salary hike differ like anything from person to person and manager simply hand over the appraisal money to their friend circle. Some time back there used to be multiple onsite opportunities to US, but for past 3 years they have stopped it and it’s very rare now a days.
They spend huge money in r&d and hardly any of the product goes in to production. leave policy is very good. minimum working hour is 6, and now a days they are providing work from home facility. People leave the company only because of racism only specially in Chennai office, they treat very badly to the outsiders and the scope of growth is very less.
