The worst company ever! politics at all levels. People like Sanmitra screwing peoples life. Waster more than 5 years here. now life is screwed. be it anything all politics no quality job, no proper training.. beat and work policy. People would be openly said they will get promotion by managers and work would be extracted day in and nights and weekends and at promotion cycle Manager would blame Delivery head.. and next cycle both manager and Delivery head would blame HR and for the next cycle New policy would be made so you never get anything. Its not only promotion, learning everything sucks big time.. Please save yourselves.. politics
