Pros- Good hikes, so many fun activities. Many councils to entertain you.
Cons- Long working hours, no work life balance, you can see many people staying in the same project for many year like 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 years so they will not allow freshers to grow. The managers feel only their old people will work and freshers are of no use.
All the perks go to oldies.
Good company for long runners not good for freshers.
