I have made a complaint on 20th August 2020 for replacement of remote control, but till date not replaced. No one in customer care lift phone, not reply to my email, no status update in app. Lastly I called the branch head of Delhi he still not able to resolve the complain after 15 days. Very poor service, don’t buy this product.
