I purchased a bracelet for 22K. unfortunately my wife was not happy with the design. So I took her and she selected one that was lesser than 22k.
They said you are not supposed to exchange less than 22K. Then I said thats fine I will take some gold coin for the remaining price. they replied Gold coin is not available in the store. such a big show room does not have gold coin! because in the gold coin they could not make money by telling wastage or making charge right?
I would like to ask all the jewellers why are you adding wastage charge on our head? If so where the wastage is going? please give the waste to us and we will pay for it
