Just a week ago, I visited the Universal Kingdom, it was a family trip.But all we got disappointment due to following reasons.
1.In the website they have mentioned that 10% cash back offer for booking through Paytm.But we didn’t get any discount after we brought there.They told no, and also there is still working in manual booking.
2.We were 10 members, with two children who were 10 years above, they charged them adult ticket, But inside they were not allowed to go for so many rides.In adult rides they said"children not allowed"and refused, and in children rises they said"only for small children"and refused.Then why the hell they charged them for adult tickets.
3.Most of the rides were under maintenance(not available).The riders which is open looks shabby, rusted and aged.
4.Food quality and stall maintenance also poor.
5.The only good thing is Beach, which give us pleasure.
This place is suitable for Kindergarten kids only, for adults there is nothing.They have to maintain properly to avoid aged look.
