All above rating are for Gen Pure ULTIMA+ Water purifier, When I bought this the sale guy (Ramesh) told there will 3 free maintenance visit by service in first year.
But no one turned up just exactly one year once the warranty is over I got call for paid service and AMC >>> etc., the same week the taste started to worse.Then I called the service a person came and told I need to change a set of consumables cost over 2K.
My input water quality is not bad , its TDS @ 450ppm. Any plan to buy, i suggest pls check the consumable cost and life . before proceeding.
