Sim disconnection from 3 months

Am requesting to disconnect the sim since from 3 months but they are playing with me they are disconnecting and after 5 days they are reactivating again and you don’t no and at the end they will send you a bill to pay you will get shock and if you try to explain them they just say sorry thats it and the bill you need to pay again simply off postpaid please i will request youll guys to dont buy postpaid sim from vi beter go for other sims please even am struggling untill now 14 .4 .23 since from from February 01 02.23 they are not disconing only they just sending every months bill they and even their manager olso will not find solution for this to pay the amount which they are sending to me the compony should pay for this because i was not using the sim vi people sad the sim already disconnected permently only need to pay outstanding even i paid olso that all i removed the sim from my phone now again they sent they just symply lie youll that they call for you to activate but the person is in out off state than with whoom they speak with the manager should fix this problem with their compony pay 7261900702 other wise they should shut this vi sim just only to disconect sim 3 months wow they knows only to how to remove money from people thats it this is cheap and poor service slow service
