We booked flight tickets and due to natural disaster at the destination we requested to cancel our ticket. Even though it was a refundable ticket, when you check their cancellation policy it finally says no refund!
The best part of none of these information are available to you when you book the tickets. Never trust this place. It is always better to book through the airlines directly.
