I have booked bus ticket from Jaipur to Bikaner for my guest. I have good Ticket Booking confirmation sms along with seats no. and bus number. I have book 3 hrs before journey and once I reached Pickup station(Chomu pulia) I have received a call from VIA that your buss is cancelled if you say we can give alternate bus . I was with my guest on bus station there was no other option for me, so I say yes. Via Guy booked ticket in new bus and told that bus will come after a hr.
When Bus came there was no seat for us(Bus was fully loaded)even there was no place to stand as it was festive season. And bus staff was behaving rudely with us and via charged us for deluxe bus and this bus was a local bus( Below the average).
When I called to customer care, he refuses to give refund and speak arrogantly.
I would recommend be aware about this type of cheating better you book direct from bus services provide not from VIA.
