No customer service#

Now a days there are lots of website you can google for air tickets, but the concern is with the best price and good timing and obvious good customer service. In Via.com you can see a lots of good offer, but actually it will not valid for all the tickets, they have a lots of term and conditions for vouchers, only in one sight this website will give you one good impact, but in reality it is not.


They have worst customer care service in current market. If your online payment got failed, you have to run behind these people and need to coordinate with them all the time without fail, or else you need to suffer with the pain. If the flight gotta delayed, they dont have courtesy to call you up and update on same or not even one message about the information.Being as ecomm company, instead of focusing on customer service, they are good in manipulating with the good offers.


if you are booking flight tickets, I will recommond you to go other website like MMT, etc but not with this website.


really sad with the service part.
