Worst experience ever .......

I had a flight from Visakhpatnam to Bangalore, which got cancelled on Feb 11th 2017.

But they were not giving me the refund of 9k with a reason that they are yet to get refund from the airlines.

When I called the airlines, they gave the account statement where the money has been refunded on 17th Feb itself against my PNR. When I made the airlines to speak with VIA accounts department, they agreed that refund has come and I will receive by 5 working days. But still they had not given and when I called them back they told again that they are yet to receive the refund from airlines.

Even after providing many proofs from airlines, account statement etc. about my refund confirmation from airlines, VIA was not paying my money. Every alternate day I was spending an hour or 2 with airlines and VIA people for the refund request.

Finally I had to walk upto their office from Hyderabad to Bangalore and upon lot of fight and argument they finally gave the refund on April.
