It happened with me and 50 people recently who had booked tickets through via.com. all were left stranded on airport when the airlines told there name was not on the list and they couldn’t help us either. I tried calling via customer care wherein different people gave different responses. Some told they will call back some told to hold the phone but none came back.
So you can understand the service quality.. My advice via is new and its cheating people through mouth watering offers but remember instead of saving some money your money will be lost and you won’t be reaching your destination.
