I signed up for laser treatment at Vibes Jayanagar Bangalore around March 2007. I was told that the treatment would happen at the Koramangala center. They promised me 5 + 2 (complimentary) that is 7 sessions in total. Things were fine for the first four sessions as I had not paid up all the money by then.
After that they would not give me appointment on one pretext or the other.Sometimes they would say the machine is faulty, sometimes the AC is faulty, sometimes the person responsible is not available. Its been more than 1 year and I still haven’t got my 5th appointment.
The customer service is pathetic and the attitude is lax. They call you back twice a day till you sign up and once you have paid the money, they will total ignore you. Every time I ask for an appointment, they said they would call me back but would not do that, or they would give me an appointment and then cancel or later on some excuse.NEVER PAY THEM IN ADVANCE.
