I had gone to Vibes in October 2014 to enquire only for underarms and legs. I met the manager and she convinced me for full body promising complete results and sessions till the results are shown. Manager sounded very convincing as she showed results on her skin and promised to ensure to continue laser till I get satisfactory results. First year machine had some issues and later there were issues with technicians and finally when there was a stable technician and machine both it was already 2 years! Whatever few sessions I had in first 2 years had been painful some even leaving me burn marks! When the sessions started showing some results, the new managers started creating issues about how it’s been too long and they cannot allow anymore sessions and I will have to pay again going forward! Having paid 75k already without results was frustrating for me. I created a big fuss and sent emails to higher up but no response from anyone. I do not have any energy and patience to fight anymore and decided to stop going there. I do not want anyone else to get fooled like me. If you are enrolling, make sure to take it in written to get the sessions till there are results. Its worth only if you can get that promise on paper if not they will keep finding ways to make you pay more.
