I would like share a very bad experience that I faced recently at Vibes Sadashivnagar Branch. I had opted for PRP hair treatment. When it came for my final session which I had scheduled with Dr.Nidhi (who did my previous PRP sessions) who had confirmed her availability for my final session. My treatment did not happen rather she was forcing me to take up weight loss & extend my PRP sessions which was a typical sales pitch scenario. To which I denied and informed her that I would probably discuss in the month of January’21 due my personal reasons and asked her to start my final treatment to which she denied treating my hair and mentioned stating Dr. Praharsh will have to check my hair since it’s my final treatment and it will happen in the month of January’21. Now this is really not acceptable. Just because I mentioned that I need time till January’21 to think over upgrading the services, she is taking advantage of the time frame and pushing my final PRP session to Jan which is equal to service Denial. Question is why are being so desperate on pitching sales rather understand your customer’s requirement. This level of service is really spoiling reputation of the brand “VIBES” in Sadashivnagar. Please change your management and avoid Doctor’s to pitch in for sales. I am not sure if I would be getting my final service and yes, have been very disappointed with the response received and going forward I will never refer any of my friends, family members to Vibes in future. Vibes have brought down there standards as they are only looking into money making and not keeping up there promises towards there services. This will create an unhealthy environment for many customers for sure.
