These people are very much arrogant. Customer service is their least priority. They don’t know how to greet customer and how to answer their questions with smile. They talked with me arrogantly and on one moment I felt insulting. You can’t even find this office easily in chaotic area of Dombivli because they have not put their name on the door. Don’t go there there are so many other courier services in the same area Dombivli east.
