This is my personal experience and consultation which I got from my Doctor that Vicks is very harmful for body. He even showed me some study reports and also informed me that it is banned in whole europe.
Vicks is actually made up of various material and excess use of Menthol and "Kapoor" can make your problem worse and it even make you feel difficult to breath. Make sure you never use vicks right in front of your nostrils.
Vicks is also very harmful for kids under the age of 02 as their wind pipe is small as compare to adults. Please read before blindly trying anything.
